📑
NATSPEC Compliance
NATSPEC is Australia’s national specification system for construction and landscape projects. NATSPEC plant specifications require accredited nursery supply for many government, council, and commercial projects. Cape Nursery’s documented growing practices and biosecurity programme meet the plant health and traceability requirements of NATSPEC plant specifications.

NGINA Membership
Cape Nursery has been a member of the Nursery & Garden Industry NSW & ACT (NGINA) for over 25 years, the peak body representing the nursery and garden industry in NSW. Membership reflects our commitment to industry standards and our engagement with best-practice research, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing professional development of our growing team.
🔒
PBR Licensed Varieties
Cape Nursery holds Plant Breeder’s Rights (PBR) licensing for four important commercial varieties: Acmena Sublime™, Syzygium Pinnacle™, Tristaniopsis Luscious™, and Elaeocarpus Prima Donna. PBR licensing (IP Australia) confirms that we are authorised to propagate and sell these protected varieties, and that royalties are correctly managed through the breeding organisations.
