How do I check live availability?

Registered trade customers can check live availability, pricing, and lead times via Evergreen Connect at evergreenconnect.com.au. This is the most current view of our stock.

What payment terms does Cape Nursery offer?

Standard terms are 30 days from invoice. Payment terms are agreed when your trade account is established. We reserve the right to withdraw credit for accounts in arrears.

Can I collect from the nursery?

Yes. Collection is available Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4pm from 196 Myocum Road, Ewingsdale (Byron Bay) NSW 2481. Please confirm your order and collection time in advance.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Contact us directly for volume pricing on large project orders. Pricing on Evergreen Connect reflects standard rates -- project quotes may differ for significant quantities.

Confirm your specification

For large or complex orders, call or email us directly. We can advise on sizes, quantities, lead times, and substitutions. For projects requiring specific sizes not shown online, contact us — we may have stock in staging not yet listed.

Schedule collection or delivery

Most orders can be collected from our Ewingsdale site Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4pm. We arrange national freight for bulk orders to Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia. Freight costs and schedules are confirmed at order stage.

Evergreen Connect is Australia’s wholesale plant ordering platform. Registered Cape Nursery customers can view live stock, pricing, and availability, and place orders directly — 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Cape Nursery supplies landscape contractors, landscape architects, local councils, property developers, and allied trade businesses. We do not supply retail.

To set up a trade account, contact us by phone or email with details of your business. We will set you up on Evergreen Connect and discuss your typical requirements so we can advise on availability and lead times for your projects.

We welcome new trade relationships and are happy to discuss project requirements, species substitutions, and volume pricing for large orders.
