Liriope muscari Evergreen Giant is a robust, clumping grass-like perennial producing dark green strappy foliage and spikes of purple flowers. An exceptional mass-planting ground cover for sun or shade, it provides reliable colour and weed suppression.
Specifier notes. Used as a low ground-cover layer where coverage rate and root mass take priority over height.
Site & establishment. Adaptable across full sun to partial shade, which simplifies specification on mixed-aspect sites. Tough enough for civic and roadside applications where care is intermittent.
